What this site collects.
This page covers franklydata.com — the marketing site you are reading. The product at app.franklydata.com handles connected-account data and carries its own policy.
Your email address, if you give it
If you join the waitlist we store the address you typed, the time you sent it, and which part of the page you sent it from. We use it for one thing: to write to you when a place opens. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own use.
Ask us to delete it at any time — email contact@franklydata.com or reply to anything we send you. It is removed, not flagged.
Anonymous usage, so we know whether any of this works
We set a first-party cookie (fd_client) holding a random id, kept for about two years. It records which pages were seen and whether the waitlist form was used. It is not tied to your name or address unless you give us one, and it is not shared with advertising networks.
If you later create an account, that anonymous id can be joined to it so we can tell which parts of this page brought people who stayed. Blocking the cookie costs you nothing here — the site works identically.
Who else touches it
- Google Cloud — hosting, the database holding waitlist addresses, and the analytics store.
- Resend — sends the confirmation email, and so processes your address to deliver it.
- Google Analytics — used only if enabled for this site; it sees the same anonymous usage described above.
- Stripe — payments, in the product only. This marketing site takes no payments and asks for no card details, ever. If a page ever asks you for a card on this domain, it is not us.
What we don’t do
No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, no selling of anything to anybody. We do not attempt to identify you across other websites.
