What this site collects.

If you join the waitlist we store the address you typed, the time you sent it, and which part of the page you sent it from. We use it for one thing: to write to you when a place opens. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own use.

Ask us to delete it at any time — email contact@franklydata.com or reply to anything we send you. It is removed, not flagged.

This site sets no cookies and gives you no identifier — not a tracking id, not a fingerprint, nothing that could distinguish you from the next visitor or recognise you on a second visit.

We count events, not people. When a page is viewed we record that a view happened, and which campaign link brought it — nothing that says who. That means we can tell that a hundred people visited and four joined the waitlist; we cannot tell which four, or follow anyone from one page to the next. We accepted that trade deliberately.

Attribution comes from the link you clicked rather than from anything stored on your device: a ?utm_source= tag in the address tells us a visit came from, say, a post — and that is the whole of it.

• Google Cloud — hosting, the database holding waitlist addresses, and the analytics store.
• Resend — sends the confirmation email, and so processes your address to deliver it.
• No third-party analytics provider. We do not use Google Analytics or any equivalent, here or in the product.
• Stripe — payments, in the product only. This marketing site takes no payments and asks for no card details, ever. If a page ever asks you for a card on this domain, it is not us.

No cookies. No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, no selling of anything to anybody. We do not attempt to identify you — here, or across other websites.
